2. Description of service

The purpose of Qriteria is to find a person within the defined game area based on details and / or features provided by the system.

2.2 The search is one-sided and the pairing between players is never reciprocal. The purpose of the search is to find the player selected by Qriteria and to acquire the prize (if any) up for grabs; the game ends in the discovery or finds and does not impose any further relationship between the players.

2.3 Each player has an unlimited number of attempts to verify the discovery of the person indicated by Qriteria; the verification is carried out by framing the QR code of the presumed target of the search through the application.

2.4 The minimum time lapse between the attempts of active recognition increases progressively according to their number according to the progression (in minutes) 5, 10, 20, 40, 80 etc. The time missing for the recognition faculty is halved every time a

player is subject to passive recognition, regardless of its accuracy

3. CHARACTERISTICS OF THE SERVICE

3.1 Each Qriteria game session is limited to a limited physical space and a defined time. Access to the game session is possible by selecting it through the application, or by searching for it among those currently active, or through the optical recognition of an optical code displayed in the game space.

3.2 Access to the game session does not automatically correspond to its beginning, since the Qriteria sends the search parameters only when a minimum number of players is available to participate.

3.3 After the activation of the game session, the application will indicate the time of the end, after which the game will no longer be active; the deadline may be extended due to an excess of participants or reduced due to shortages.

3.4 Access to a game session requires the activation of geolocation to verify the actual presence of the players in the Qriteria game space.

4. GAME MODES:

4.1 Qritieria begins when the active players in a game session receive three or more search criteria, the number of which is directly proportional to that of the players who activate the game session. During the game the system can provide additional search criteria, in addition to the initial ones, in case the number of players increases during the session. In the event that a player leaves the site of the game session, then the system would suspend him and provide the player and it coupled with the search criteria for a new player as soon as available.

4.2 The parameters provided by Qriteria to the players are the only search tool for the objective which the game is aimed at; Qriteria does not provide electronic means of communication between players, which also inhibits the use of its social media during game sessions.

4.3 Verbal interlocutions and visual searches are the only ways to use the parameters provided by Qriteria to the players for the identification of their objectives, which can only be done through the search between the participants in the game session and the patrons of the event in which it takes place.

4.4 During Game Sessions Qriteria communicates with the players, firing them on:

- time left at the start of the game session

- Number of participants in the game session

- Remaining time of the game session

- Remaining rewards of the game session (if limited)

- Total number of recognition attempts made during the game session and those still possible

- Time lapse from the next recognition attempt (increasing after

every failed attempt)

4.5 These data are disseminated to the participants in the individual game sessions through the Qriteria application and website and, where available, through luminous screens supplied to the gaming venues.
